By creating an Ihublink account or using any part of the platform, you agree to these terms. If you're using Ihublink on behalf of an organization, you're agreeing on its behalf and confirming you have authority to do so.
You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Keep your contact details current so we can reach you about important changes to the service.
Don't use Ihublink to distribute malware, spam, unlawful content, or to impersonate others. We may suspend pages or links that violate these rules or harm other users.
You keep ownership of the content you publish — links, products, media, and survey responses. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and display that content as part of running the service.
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. You can change or cancel your plan anytime from Settings → Billing.
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, with notice where practical.
